Arantes retains and reserves the right to modify, update and change the Terms of Use for all digital designs at anytime with or without notice, it is your responsability to check for updates and changes to the Terms of Use. You can check on the blog or the stores for updates.  

All my products are copyright Neia Scraps. Images are saved as JPG or PNG (for transparency) files at 300dpi. All my products are SFH and SFO friendly.

You may use my designs for your own scrapbook pages & projects, including hybrid and paper scrapping.

You may recolor, resize, and/or alter the designs for your own scrapbook pages & projects, including hybrid and paper scrapping.

You may post your pages/layouts/projects to online blogs, galleries and to your website - no credit is required, but is appreciated.

You can submit your pages/layouts/projects for print publication. Please credit "Designs by Neia Scraps - @neiascraps.com"

You may not claim my designs as your own, altered or not.

You may not redistribute my designs in any way - this includes: file sharing sites like 4shared, rapidshare, box.net, mediafire, etc; uploading to your own website for download; email; CD/DVD/USB devices; etc

You may not use my designs on sites like cafepress, zazzle, shutterfly, etc

You may not use my designs to create digital brushes, shapes or tubes for resale.

You may not create/offer quickpages, blog designs, etc for sale or free

You may not create/offer freebies using my designs without express written permission.

Web, Blog & Graphics You may not use my personal use products to make blinkies, banners, blog designs, store designs, site designs, logos, branding, or any other kinds of graphics to display on the web or in the real world.

All my products are Scrap-For-Hire/Others friendly.  

SCRAP FOR HIRE & SCRAP FOR OTHERS TERMS OF USE All of my products are scrap-for-hire/scrap-for-others friendly as long as the following conditions are met:

The finished product given to your client(s) is a flattened JPG or in printed form.

My original files are not redistributed in any way, nor shared with your client(s) in their original form.

You may not create a blog design, logo, brand, website design, web page design, blinkies, banners, or advertising and/or promotional images for yourself or your client(s).

COMMERCIAL USE TERMS OF USE

Credit is appreciated, but not required.  

You may create items in your (personal use/s4h) digital kits for sale.

You may recolor, resize, and/or alter the designs to suit your needs.

You may not use my products to create commercial use products.

You may not resell my products "as is". They must be altered in such a way that the original product cannot be extracted from your product.

You may not use my products by themselves to create, for example, an element pack, where my design is simply recolored and repackaged. You must incorporate your own design with it.

You may not use my designs to create digital brushes, shapes or tubes for resale.

You may not claim my designs as your own, whether altered or unaltered.

You may not redistribute my designs in any way - this includes: file sharing sites like 4shared, rapidshare, box.net, mediafire, etc; uploading to your own website for download; email; CD/DVD/USB devices; etc

you may not use my designs on sites like cafepress, zazzle, shutterfly, etc

You may not create/offer freebies using my designs unless they are incorporated into your personal use products for sale and/or part of a promotional or advertising campaign.

TEMPLATES  You may use my commercial use templates to create pre made pages and cards using your own designs to resale, as long as they are saved as flattened JPG, PNG or in printed form.
